Seville are boutique condos located in the heart of Hyde Park just steps from Bayshore Boulevard. The building has been well maintained with a recent renovation that included a new roof, new elevator, new windows and exterior painting. The Seville building was built as an integral part of the Hyde Park community for those such as single families living in the area.
